The Green Planet - Case Study

THE GREEN PLANET - BBC Studios

Our brief was to make viewers re-assess their 'plant blindness' by presenting The Green Planet in a surprising and spectacular way.  We wanted to show an undiscovered kingdom and immerse the audience in a magical and visually breathtaking wonderland.

This was life from the perspective of plants.

We launched the campaign at COP26 in Glasgow, where the eyes of the world were focused on climate change. Campaign artwork and a series of promos aired around the world. Piccadilly Circus was turned green with a 4K deep screen animation featuring Sir David Attenborough and Eros was turned into a plant installation. Passers by were given the plants to take away and make Britain greener.

Growing organically, The Green Planet campaign was a huge success.
