JEI TOOTLE is an experienced award winning* freelance creative based in London. With over 10 years experience, he loves to work on both long term campaigns or quick turn around 1 day promos. JEI enjoys working across all genres from drama and natural history to reality and comedy.
He is self motivated when working from home and loves working from the office, as it’s nice to meet people in reality!
